Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policies:
If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us by email. Let us know the reason for the return and/or exchange. Please do not return items without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our manufacturing partners. A return authorization number will be provided once it's been approved. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at the customer's cost. All items must be returned in their original, resable condition, unworn and unused condition within 14 days of shipment for a refund. Shipping is non-refundable.

Custom Orders:
All custom made orders are final sales. We cannot accept any cancellations, or returns due to the nature of our business of providing customized products.
Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our designers. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
All Custom made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, since our manufacturer Designer's craft these items to your specifications.

When damages occur during freight delivery:
While we do our best to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there is always the possibility that something can go wrong. We would love to be able to say that damage never occurs during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our freight carriers handle your purchases with great care but it is important to understand that occasionally damages do occur. If your purchases arrive damaged, it is important that you follow the procedures set forth by the particular carrier. Please also email us and let us know the circumstances.
