Slip Messeez cover over car seat and allow it to conform to the seat.

Open Velcro seams and pull seatbelt straps through openings. Reattach Velcro seams. Seatbelt straps should come through shoulder and hip openings on each side.

Tighten Messeez for a more custom fit by pulling the toggle located under the front (foot are) of the cover.

For use with toddler car seats which hold children up to 40 pounds.

To adjust your car seat’s seatbelt and straps, simply lift the front portion of the Messeez Car seat Cover and adjust with your car seat’s button, lever or straps as usual.

I see where you have two other strollers that are the same model with covers over the stroller but on the stroller im interested in the advertisement does not show the cover. A: This stroller does come with the cover just like the other two Euro-style Pram/Pushchair (EBS-01 and EBS-03). As to whether the stroller is car seat ready? No it's not. We have heard and seen people rest their car seat on the stroller just fine. There has been no problems. But, basically any stroller that is car seat ready is a Travel System Stroller. We can say this stroller is a very sturdy stroller and it's been getting many great reviews.
